Majority of the floors (7-58, 61-64) are occupied by Offices of the Penang state government, including the Chief Minister’s office and the Penang Island City Council (Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang, MBPP). Some other interesting attractions inside this prominent building include Tech Dome and The Top.
